We pay our clients out twice monthly, and ensure tenants pay reliably with our zero rent arrears policy and industry best practices. We carry out regular market rent reviews and constantly analyze the property market to help our clients earn maximum rental income and stay ahead of the industry.
Advertising & Marketing.
With over 15 years experience in Advertising we bring a unique blend of expertise to ensure your asset receives the attention it deserves. We strive to organise great photography in order to optimise the rental appeal to the best possible tenants. We also target marketing platforms that will attract as many eyeballs as possible.
Tenant Selection
& Agreements.
Our team is experienced in recruitment and has access to the best background checks and credit reports. We meticulously check credit, references, legal records, social media, news, and employment history.
Inspections & Reporting.
We conduct detailed pre-entry and exit inspections, signed off by tenants upon moving in and out. Plus, we perform routine inspections every three months, meeting insurance policy requirements.
Assess Market Value.
We produce a detailed rental assessment to refine the range that we believe your asset would be leased for. We look into what is currently on the market, and what the averages of similar properties to yours has rented for in the past.
Maintenance & Repairs.
We know how important it is to take care of your investment and keep it in top shape, we have built a team of licensed tradespeople who are well equipped to handle any property maintenance needs. We believe in open communication with our clients, providing quotes and obtaining approval before any work begins.
